Project Spruce is an opportunity to acquire the Trade and Assets of a supplier and fitter of windows and doors based within South Yorkshire and the North West of England servicing a wide range of clients nationwide.

•	Customer focused, able to tailor services required for specific customer needs and
•	Highly knowledgeable and experienced workforce of 64 staff.
•	Assets include customer contracts, motor vehicles, stock, office equipment and plant and machinery, further information of which will be provided upon the signing of a non-disclosure agreement.
•	Turnover: Filed Accounts y/e June 2022 - £12.4m; y/e June 2021 - £10.6m
•	Gross profit/(loss): y/e June 2022 – £2.3m; y/e June 2021 - £1.7k.
