Can I view an item before Auction Day?
We provide comprehensive photos and descriptions to save time viewing.
You can ask for further details by clicking the image of the lot you are interested in.
Vehicles, plant & machinery outside of the salerooms are available to view on the Tuesday prior to the auction from 1.30pm – 3.30pm by appointment only - if you have registered on one of the online platforms. Please contact our office to book in with your bidding / paddle number.
Is it difficult to buy goods at Auction?
All our auctions are online only (whether they are live or timed and include those that are off site as indicated).
Buying on line via I Bidder, Bidspotter or The Saleroom will require you to register by following the online instructions. New bidders may be asked to register on one of these platforms and provide a deposit which is fully refundable or offset against winning lots.

How do I pay for goods?
Via the email payment link or Bank Transfer.
How do I collect what I’ve bought?
Purchases can be collected either in person by appointment only (as we have a booking system) or by a courier of your choice. Collection dates are shown for each auction in the Terms & Conditions. We do not offer a delivery service. A small packing fee will be required for any goods which can be packed for your courier / haulier collection. Note – if goods are located off site from the Auction Centre then these are clearly indicated in the description and can only be collected in person or via your representative.
What is Buyers’ Premium?
A buyers’ premium is a percentage which is added to the buyers’ invoice. Auctioneers use this as a contribution toward the costs of providing an auction service.
Current Buyer’s Premium is 19% + VAT.
If lots are subject to VAT then this will be indicated by clicking addition fees.
Are there rules and regulations relating to the purchase of goods?
Terms and Conditions can be found on the bottom of our website. They can also be found in the catalogue available on the day of the auction.
