Opportunity

•	Indicative offers are required by 4pm on 12 June 2024, with the expectation that a sale is to be concluded by no later than the close of business on 19 June 2024 and therefore only parties that are able to work within this time frame should respond. We reserve the right to close the bidding early or extend the deadline, without liability or advance notice.
•	All interested parties will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Upon the completion of a signed non-disclosure agreement a sales pack and information memorandum will be provided.
•	Proof of funding is required.
